Registering as a customer

webshop.ps.services is a B2B online store registered to and upheld by PS Finland Oy (hereinafter ”Seller”). To be able to register as a customer, the company must have a shipping and a billing address and the company must be registered at the Finnish Trade Register. A credit check will be done before the customer can order by invoice. Credit will be checked from Bisnode Finland. Only registered customers can order from the Seller. The Seller does not deliver products to private individuals, only companies.

Deliveries

The delivery time from Finnish distributors is usually 1–2 business days. Deliveries are door-to-door.

If ordered products are in stock, they will be dispatched within two working days (48 hours) of the order. If the product is not in stock, the delivery estimate displayed online is the best possible estimate and is based on the information received from distributors and manufacturers. PS Finland Oy or its suppliers are not responsible for any delays that occur due to reasons outside their control, such as products being temporarily out of stock or having a manufacturing error.

Delivery fee in Finland is 11 euros (VAT 0%) per order.

Post-deliveries are made available to the customer as soon as the product is again in stock.

Prices

All prices are VAT 0% (unless otherwise specified)

The prices displayed in the online store are valid until further notice or, in case of discounts, the time that is specified in the store. Displayed prices do not include VAT. VAT is added to the invoice total. VAT for products is 24%. Prices are customer-specific and include all previously set discounts.

Payment methods

Payment term for invoices is 14 days net, unless otherwise specified. If payment is delayed, we will charge late payment interest of 16%, as well as any notification and collection fees. The customer will only be allowed to order by invoice after they have passed a credit check. The Seller reserves the right to check and reject orders or certain payment methods before a trade agreement has been made.

Caveats

The customer must check the condition and validity of the products and delivery when accepting the delivery. The customer must claim any possible delivery damages or defects to the driver upon accepting the delivery. Any other quality or other grievance claims must be made within 7 days of the reception of goods to PS Finland Oy by phone: +358 50 4686 641 or by email: info@ps.services.

B2B returns

Products should not be returned without prior and explicit approval from PS Finland Oy and the distributor.

In return or claims cases, contact the Seller by phone: +358 50 4686 641 or by email: info@ps.services

The returned goods must be unused, flawless, resellable and in their original packaging. The returned goods must be in the Seller’s product selection at the time of return. The customer is responsible for any return costs, unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or the Seller’s mistake. The return must be made according to instructions provided by PS Finland Oy.

Products that are usually considered unexchangeable, such as products made to order, certain licences or products no longer in the Seller’s selection, are not covered by the right to return products.

The right to cancel an order

The customer has the possibility to cancel the order, if the product is in stock and has not yet left the warehouse.

PS Finland Oy does not accept responsibility for damages caused by force majeure situations. Such can be strike, walkout, fire, machinery breakdown, lack of raw materials, regulatory measure or any other force majeure situation that is not related to the Seller. The customer does not have the right to  claim damages due to such force majeure situations. The Seller must notify the customer of any force majeure situations.

Ownership and liability

The product becomes the property of the customer only after the product invoice is paid in full. The product becomes the liability of the customer when it is handed over to the customer.

Possible warranties are mentioned in the relevant product information.

Dispute issues

Any disagreement between the Seller and the customer can be solved in arbitration or provincial court of the Seller.
